About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Comptoir Group. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants and delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Assist in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Deputise for the Head Chef in their absence and take charge of kitchen operations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures.
