About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our Ipswich store, which offers a wide range of healthcare services to the local community.

Morrison's takes a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, focusing on fresh and nutritious food. Our pharmacies are an integral part of this approach, providing expert advice and services to customers.

As Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and healthcare professionals, ensuring excellent patient care and outcomes.

  • Lead a team to provide exceptional patient care and services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of prescriptions and dispensing
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, carers, and families

About You

To succeed as Pharmacy Manager, you will have:

  • A strong track record of leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
  • Sound knowledge of pharmacy practice and legislation
  • Postgraduate qualifications in pharmacy management or a related field

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide:
