Salary: £97,414 - £106,547 per annum plus £5,000 car allowance. Flexible location with regular travel to Camden (approximately 3-4 times per month). 36 hours per week. Permanent contract.

We are undergoing significant changes as part of our 'Connect' programme, aimed at transforming our approach to improve homes and services for our residents. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to drive improvements across customer and property operations, leading teams to analyze performance data, identify issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.

With a focus on Clarion neighborhoods, your expertise in collecting and analyzing data from operational teams, residents, and local stakeholders will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement. You will lead the development and implementation of local governance frameworks, introducing efficient ways of working that result in actionable plans with measurable progress.

To succeed, you should have experience in creating and implementing performance management tools and matrices, as well as fostering collaborative environments that drive results. Your ability to use trend analysis and insight to develop effective improvement plans, coupled with a deep understanding of common challenges facing housing association operations, will be invaluable assets in this role.
