About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Heath Farm School, part of Acorn Education. As an integral member of our close-knit team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the emotional and physical needs of our pupils with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing learning materials and running classroom activities with a focus on supporting pupils' individual learning journeys.
  • Providing emotional and physical support to pupils with complex needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the school day.
  • Working collaboratively with our experienced teams to develop and implement tailored support plans that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils.
  • Assisting with the supervision and care of pupils during lessons, breaks, and other school activities.
