About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mental Health Liaison Practitioner to join our dedicated team at the James Paget University Hospital (JPUH) in Gorleston.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals attending the JPUH with new or ongoing mental health difficulties and illness
  • Identify needs and ensure effective support while in hospital
  • Contribute to timely and supportive discharge planning
Requirements
  • Nursing degree or equivalent, DIP OT, Clinical Psychology or equivalent
  • Effective risk assessment and risk management experience
  • Competent assessment skills
