Practice Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Nurse to join our dynamic Family Practice in Bury, serving around 9,500 patients. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Practice Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering evidence-based practice for patients with long-term conditions;
- Providing preventative healthcare to the practice population;
- Working collaboratively with General Practitioners and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A registered general nursing qualification;
- Current NMC registration;
- GCSE Grade A-C in English and Maths;
- Clinical supervision and training experience;
- Experience working in primary care;
- Knowledge of health promotion strategies and clinical governance.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
