As a Maintenance Team Leader at The Polizzi Collection, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels. You will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance staff, overseeing daily tasks, and implementing effective solutions to maintain the high standards of our properties.

We offer a competitive salary range of £31,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on your skills and experience. You will also receive an equal share of the 12.5% service charge, which varies based on business levels. Our benefits package includes:

  • Meals while on duty
  • 28 days' holiday per year, increasing to 30 days after two years' employment
  • Free parking on site
  • Staff accommodation available for full-time applicants
  • Employee of the Year Programme: £500 prize and a complimentary two-night stay at any hotel in The Polizzi Collection
  • Discounted stays at any of our hotels
  • Discounted food and beverage at our hotels
  • A complimentary stay at any hotel, including breakfast and dinner, after one year's service

You don't need previous experience, as all training will be provided. However, you must possess a strong work ethic, be organized, self-motivated, and have a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service experiences for our guests.
