Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineering Team Leader to join our team at Cpm Group Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to deliver engineering plans, service levels & engineering strategy within quality, safety and cost parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the leadership of the site engineering teams to deliver engineering plans, service levels & engineering strategy within quality, safety and cost parameters.

Requirements:
Electrical and/or mechanical qualifications, 3+ years' experience of operating in a medium/large automated manufacturing operation, experience of leading an engineering team, IOSH Managing Safely / NEBOSH General Certificate, experience of computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) and stock control systems, experience of working with engineering schedule KPIs.
