Special Education Support Professional Ealing

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Special Education Support Professional to join our team at a welcoming primary school in Ealing. As a SEN Learning Mentor, you will play a vital role in providing focused support to children with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with special educational needs, helping them engage with the curriculum and develop key skills.
- Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Work with parents and carers to ensure consistent support for the children both at school and at home.
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment that encourages children to build confidence, social skills, and academic progress.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers, parents, and the SEN team.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on experience.
