Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking serial numbers and updating databases.
  • Goods Inwards/Outwards: Ensure efficient and accurate Goods Inwards/Outwards procedures, including packing and unpacking goods for dispatch.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise staff in the Warehouse Supervisor's absence, maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, and operate forklifts and MEWP (Scissor Lift) as needed.
  • Hazardous Goods Handling: Pack and handle hazardous goods with precision and adhere to safety policies.
  • Facilities Support: Provide facilities support and maintain Known Consignor Status.
  • Stock Checks and Inventory Queries: Assist with stock checks and inventory queries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in warehouse operations, including familiarity with Goods Inwards/Outwards procedures.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel and database software, forklift and MEWP operation experience, and knowledge of hazardous goods handling.
  • Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
