Key Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills, self-driven, analytical, and logical thinking with a strong attention to detail and the capability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in IT, particularly in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Experience with MS Navision is advantageous.
  • Background in stock management and logistics is preferred.
  • Ability to foster and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.

Responsibilities: In this pivotal role, you will assist the Customer Service & Export Supervisor with client orders, product exports, and various administrative tasks, including data analysis and managing inquiries from clients and suppliers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Updating the Annual Rotation Plan (ARP) to ensure timely product supply to storage facilities based on cycle plans from Business Development and Key Account Managers.
  • Supporting order processing and stock verification in Navision, ensuring accurate dispatch documentation and best-before dates.
  • Addressing customer inquiries regarding deliveries, pricing, and distribution challenges, coordinating with relevant teams and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Collaborating with the Technical Team to secure product releases and updating storage systems with authorization details.
  • Monitoring and managing stock levels in storage facilities, arranging transfers to uphold service standards.
  • Coordinating with storage facilities on loading, log tags, and export documentation.
  • Tracking shipments, providing updates on container arrivals, and informing teams and clients on progress.
  • Managing log tag processes, including calibration, dispatch, and data management.
  • Providing necessary documentation to destination warehouses for container release.
  • Generating reports on shipping schedules, stock levels, and wastage for management review.
  • Covering for absent team members and handling various administrative duties.
  • Assisting project teams as directed by your supervisor.
