Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing import logistics, including truck transport, cold store and stock management, delivery coordination, compliance, logistics management, invoicing and documentation, duties and tariffs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Import management, including coordination with suppliers and carriers
  • Cold store and stock management, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely deliveries
  • Delivery coordination, including scheduling and tracking shipments
  • Compliance with UK import regulations and customs procedures
  • Logistics management, including freight forwarding and customs clearance
  • Invoicing and documentation, ensuring accurate and timely payment
  • Duties and tariffs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in UK and EU import logistics, particularly truck transport
  • Strong understanding of UK import regulations and customs procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
