Financial Performance Manager

Bauer Media Group is seeking an experienced Business Finance Specialist to join its commercial finance team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and other key stakeholders to analyze and understand monthly revenues and costs.
This role requires strong financial analysis and forecasting skills, as well as excellent Excel skills and other business analysis tools.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and understand monthly revenues and costs to inform business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
- Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and other key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on business performance and trends.
Requirements:
- Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent Excel skills and other business analysis tools, with ability to manage a busy workload in a time-pressured environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud is desirable.
