About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and a passion for delivering high-quality analysis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading independent real estate investment and development company, driving growth and success in the property market.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and reporting to inform business decisions and improve financial performance.
- Analyse cost expenditure and provide recommendations to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models to support business initiatives and performance tracking.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
- CIMA or ACCA qualification (or part-qualified).
- Experience in the property industry, with knowledge of service charge, lettings, financing, and statutory accounts preferred but not essential.
- A competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day with every completed year to a maximum of 25 days.

- This role is office-based/on-site, with no hybrid/remote working options available.
