Disability Support Service Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Disability Support Service Coordinator to join our team in Milton, Cambridge. As a key member of our Group B services, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality support and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
As a Disability Support Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for mentoring and supporting staff, leading a team positively, and ensuring that our service users receive the best possible care.
- Experience in supporting people with learning and physical disabilities, as well as Autism.
- Ability to mentor and lead a team effectively.
- Confidence in following support agreements, plans, and policies.
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for getting the support right and will be able to coach and mentor staff with confidence.
This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £29,447 per annum. In addition to your salary, you will also receive excellent benefits, including:
