Operational Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Define KPIs for underlying risks within portfolios across commodities and instruments.
- Effectively communicate performance and project progress to Senior Management Team (SMT).
- Manage Middle and Back Office functions for gas and power portfolios.
- Deliver margin reporting, MTM results reporting, trade reconciliations, and invoice validations.
- Commercial experience in an energy role, preferably with risk management experience.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret results and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinking to drive long-term success and make decisions that support the company's vision.
- Up to 22% bonus.
- Permanent contract.
