Job Title: Insurance Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Risk Manager to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our commercial risk team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on risk management and insurance solutions.

About the Role:
  • Manage a portfolio of large corporate clients, providing tailored risk management and insurance solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing expert advice on risk management and insurance.
  • Work closely with our service teams to deliver high-quality service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and profitability, meeting annual targets for your client portfolio.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in risk management and client relationship management.
  • Commercial understanding of business, including market forces, business drivers, and market dynamics.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • ACII qualified or relevant in-role experience.
