Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of account management, including prospecting, lead generation, and converting opportunities.
  • Initiate outbound sales calls to promote company services to businesses and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and sustain strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to the success of our sales team.
  • Update relevant data daily, adhering to call, contact, and quality targets, and maintaining accurate customer records in our database.
  • Act on activities of decision-makers and incoming leads to secure appointments and drive sales.
  • Contribute to team sales strategy discussions, sharing insights and ideas to improve sales performance.
Requirements:
  • A strong motivation for sales and a proven track record of success in a relative field of logistics or delivery.
  • Proficiency in using database software and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary from £25,000 to £26,000, with a monthly commission bonus expected.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days spent in the office and the flexibility to work from home.
