Telesales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our services to businesses and cultivating long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of account management, including prospecting, lead generation, and converting opportunities.
- Initiate outbound sales calls to promote company services to businesses and develop strong customer relationships.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
- Evaluate potential leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Update relevant data daily, adhering to call, contact, and quality targets.
- Log meeting minutes accurately and meet a daily quota for scheduled meetings.
- Act on activities of decision-makers and incoming leads to secure appointments and drive sales.
- Identify and pre-qualify leads as needed and update and maintain customer records in the company database.
- Contribute to team sales strategy discussions and handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- A strong motivation for sales and business orientated approach.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and prior experience in a relative field of logistics or delivery.
- A customer-focused approach and proficiency in using database software.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced high-volume environment and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
- A competitive salary from £25,000 to £26,000 per annum.
- A monthly commission bonus and the opportunity to earn up to £42,000 in the first year.
- A hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office.
