We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Main Responsibilities

Coordinating and delivering effective quality nursing care by assessing patient needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating care.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Communicating with patients, relatives, and outside agencies as appropriate, within the confines of the Data Protection Act and Patient Confidentiality.

Person Specification

Registered Nurse training completed or within 1 year of qualifying.

NMC Registered Nurse or in final year of course.

Good communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to demonstrate fluency, clarity, and effectiveness at all levels.

Ability to prioritise workload and attention to detail.
