Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust. As a Registered Nurse in our acute hospital setting, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role- Provide and deliver high standards of nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual patient needs.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective patient care and outcomes.
- Engage and interact with patients, relatives, and carers to promote health education and patient-centered care.
- Supervise and direct Health Care Assistants with their daily workload.
- Registered Nurse training completed or within 1 year of qualifying.
- NMC Registered Nurse or in final year of course.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to demonstrate fluency, clarity, and effectiveness at all levels.
