About the Role

Talent84 Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Accounts/Office Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring the smooth running of our accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Financial Transactions: Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and statutory documents such as VAT returns, P11ds, and P60s.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in budget preparations and provide financial analysis and reporting as required.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including Microsoft Office and spreadsheet skills.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in accounting and office management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in accounting or a related field.
Working Hours

The successful candidate will work Monday to Thursday, 8am-5pm, and Friday, 8am-1pm.
