Job Title: Adult Social Care Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Trainer to join our team at Essex County Council. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to staff across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to meet the needs of staff across the organization.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to support their professional development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Level 4 Award in Education and Training or equivalent.
  • Experience in delivering training programs to adult learners.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work across the organization and adapt to changing priorities.
