Job Title: Test Leadership Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Test Leadership Manager to lead our Test Management Office (TMO) and oversee the coordination and socialization of all TMO activities. The successful candidate will have experience in test management, stakeholder management, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the TMO plan and reporting across all IT functions and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the overall Test Governance and support clients with required test services to deliver their IT-enabled change.
  • Identify testing demand, capabilities, and services required from BAU, Modernization, and Strategic change initiatives.
  • Work with clients and their Delivery Partners to ensure these are appropriately estimated, budgeted for, resourced, and delivered in line with the TMO functions and services.
  • Engage relevant stakeholders to socialize the TMO, its frameworks, tools, and capabilities.
  • Represent the TMO in interactions and engagements with Client's PMO, Change Management, Platform Owner, Technical Shared Services team.
  • Drive TMO initiatives on Automation, NFT, TDM, TEM, DevOps, TestOps.
  • Define KPIs, track, and report them regularly to customer stakeholders.
  • Own the overall TMO training plan and manage and coordinate training and socialization of all required TMO-related training.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong PnC Insurance/London Markets domain knowledge is an added advantage.
