We are seeking an experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist to join our team at St Neots Neurological Centre. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic and clinical strategies to grow and further develop the neurological care pathway.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care.
- Lead and oversee the specialized psychological programme and the transdisciplinary team, providing supervision and training to peers.
- Assess service users with complex needs and design and deliver specialist psychological treatment within neurological care services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives to meet the evolving needs of our patients.
