As a Care Assistant, you will be at the heart of our business, supporting the well-being of our clients in their homes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage in companionship activities and coordinate outings for clients.
  2. Assist with personal hygiene, maintain household cleanliness, and prepare meals.
  3. Run errands such as grocery shopping and collect prescriptions.
  4. Support with medication administration and facilitate mobility within homes.
  5. Manage household duties, encompassing cleaning and laundry tasks.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay: £13.00 hour on weekdays, £15.00 hour on weekends, £17.00 hour in the evenings.
  • Guaranteed Income Contract - steady income for a fixed number of hours each month.
  • Mileage Compensation: 45p per mile.
  • Travel Time Paid
  • Stable Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time positions with guaranteed monthly pay.
  • Minimum 1-Hour Visits: Ensuring quality time with clients.
