As a Care Assistant, you will be at the heart of our business, supporting the well-being of our clients in their homes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in companionship activities and coordinate outings for clients.
- Assist with personal hygiene, maintain household cleanliness, and prepare meals.
- Run errands such as grocery shopping and collect prescriptions.
- Support with medication administration and facilitate mobility within homes.
- Manage household duties, encompassing cleaning and laundry tasks.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: £13.00 hour on weekdays, £15.00 hour on weekends, £17.00 hour in the evenings.
- Guaranteed Income Contract - steady income for a fixed number of hours each month.
- Mileage Compensation: 45p per mile.
- Travel Time Paid
- Stable Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time positions with guaranteed monthly pay.
- Minimum 1-Hour Visits: Ensuring quality time with clients.
- Local Shifts: Reducing your travel distance, and we cover mileage.
