We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Companion to join our team in Ascot, Bracknell, Camberley, Wokingham and surrounding areas. As a Care Companion, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being in the comfort of their own homes.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred care and support to clients, promoting their independence and dignity* Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management* Prepare healthy meals and snacks, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences* Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines* Develop strong relationships with clients, their families, and our care team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination

Requirements
* Be 18 years or older, with a valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle* Have good English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues* Demonstrate a kind, reliable, and non-judgmental nature, with a passion for delivering exceptional care and support* Be available to work a minimum of 5 days per week, including alternate weekends, with flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
