Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Networker & Community Engagement Officer to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our community outreach team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community and marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand and grow our market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including local businesses, organizations, and individuals.
- Network face-to-face, by phone, email, and video call to promote Home Instead's services and employment opportunities.
- Deliver promotional activities, including events, exhibitions, and recruitment initiatives, to increase awareness of our services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key Referral Provider Network (RPN) members, working to agreed targets and having regular touchpoints to drive client and care professional enquiries.
- Plan and execute regular community marketing events, including attending fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the Home Instead brand and raise awareness of Home Instead National Office marketing campaigns and recruitment initiatives across the network of relationships built in the local community.
- Accurately track and record enquiries and use the information to manage and adjust strategy to optimize messaging and education in the community.
- Manage own time effectively, prioritizing critical tasks and adapting to the changing needs of the business.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in building strong relationships within a local community to achieve business objectives.
- Confident networking face-to-face, by phone, email, and video call with community stakeholders and potential RPNs.
- Good understanding of marketing principles and experience of using a range of marketing and communication approaches.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite and virtual communication platforms.
- Experience of using data and analytics to make informed business choices.
- Effective interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
