Aftercare Department Lead

As a Brand Coordinator, you will play a key role in collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of company policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that the Aftercare department fully implements and complies with company policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and tracking defects periods for projects and assisting in coordinating defects response at end of rectification periods.
- Ensuring defects notifications are addressed within timescales specified in project contractual documentation.
- Identifying recurring defects and poorly performing subcontractors and escalating within the business for intervention if appropriate.
- Compiling information for preparation of management reports and dashboards relating to Aftercare performance.
- Conducting familiarization and quality visits to projects prior to completion and handover.
You will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with a good understanding of construction and related terminology. You should be able to deal with defects on a wide range of building types across various sectors. Knowledge of common defects and issues which arise on completed projects is also essential.
