We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Administrator to join our team at The One Group. This role is responsible for managing high-volume invoice processing, matching invoices to Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Received Notes (GRNs), and handling any outstanding queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process high volumes of invoices and credit notes
  • Match invoices to POs and GRNs and resolve any discrepancies
  • Accrue expenses and reconcile statements
  • Manage the AP inbox and respond promptly to queries
  • Contribute to the month-end close process
  • Set up payment runs and process payments

This role requires strong Excel skills and proficiency in accounting systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working in accounts payable and handling large volumes of invoices.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum based on experience.
