Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour on weekdays and £11.90 per hour on weekends, plus additional benefits including enhanced bank holiday rates, holiday pay, pension scheme, free DBS/PVG check, company mobile phone, uniform, paid mileage, and access to our benefits and discounts platform WeCare.
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team in the Macclesfield area. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, assisting with personal care, managing medications, cooking meals, and performing domestic tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
- Managing medications and administering as required
- Cooking or preparing hot meals
- Helping with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
