This key role ensures the physical environment aligns with corporate standards, supports business operations, and complies with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an annual budget of approximately £1.5m for maintenance, cleaning, utilities, security, and other soft services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with landlords and commercial tenants, ensuring smooth access and operation of shared building facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory information, certifications, and safety regulations.
  • Lead marketing efforts to orient staff to the facility and introduce new ways of working.
  • Optimize space and resources while maintaining cost-efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Facilities Manager in corporate or hospitality settings.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management (hard and soft services) and health/safety regulations.
  • Expertise in budgeting, procurement, and contract management.
  • Technical understanding of building systems and maintenance.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with facility management software and project management tools.
