About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Print and Distribution Controller. As a key member of our Secure Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the manufacture and despatch of examination materials under secure conditions and to agreed schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and update the secure print database to ensure accurate and timely processing of examination materials.
  2. Process question papers to ensure they are fit for printing, and raise print orders with suppliers to meet tight deadlines.
  3. Track consignments to centres and assist with distribution queries to ensure seamless delivery of examination materials.
  4. Process orders for on-demand tests and maintain the security of examination materials through adherence to set processes and procedures.
  5. Ensure the quality and accuracy of examination materials and instructions given to suppliers in print orders.
  6. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and adapt to fluctuating volumes while maintaining a flexible attitude towards achieving deadlines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, Grade C or 4 and above. You will also need to possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
