The Role

We're seeking a skilled Team Manager to lead a team of around 25 Warehouse Operatives. As a Team Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring every item is perfectly selected, packed, and distributed to our retail stores and customers' doors.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Warehouse Operatives to achieve high standards of productivity, quality, and attendance.
  • Monitor and improve processes to optimize efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Identify opportunities to motivate and engage your team, driving them to achieve their bonus targets.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Team Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be able to think on your feet, make sound operational decisions, and drive your team to succeed.
