Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Finance Specialist to join our team at Crystal Claire Cosmetics, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and possess strong analytical skills.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in our finance team. As a Junior Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and posting invoices, verifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate EDI transfers. You will also assist with forecasting sales, processing company credit card expense reimbursements, and analyzing variance reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and post invoices in SAP on a daily basis.
  • Verify discrepancies between invoices and shipping documents.
  • Ensure accurate and timely EDI invoices transfer to customers.
  • Preliminary forecast of sales before each month-end.
  • Process company credit card expense reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare expense reports and analyze variance vs budget and prior year.
  • Verify EDI invoices from various vendors on a monthly basis and communicate discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and process PO-based purchase payments on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare monthly vendor payment reports and forecast cashflow for the following months.
  • Liaise with external auditor for interim and annual audit.

Salary Information
