Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the senior leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business performance.
  • Lead the production of weekly and monthly management information, identifying key areas for improvement and driving change.
  • Support the CFO in board and senior leadership communications, ensuring that financial insights are effectively communicated.
  • Collaborate with the CFO on mergers and acquisitions, providing financial analysis and support.
  • Analyze and communicate profit and loss line items to identify volume, rate, and mix drivers, and to explain and challenge performance.
  • Identify opportunities and risks, providing timely insights to inform business decisions.
  • Deliver core finance processes, including month-end reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Provide analytical support to projects and new initiatives, championing the use of data across different teams.
  • Proactively question the status quo, identifying improvements to optimize business and technology decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial finance role, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Strong financial analysis and management skills, with good business acumen.
  • Advanced analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Curiosity about the business and drivers of performance, with the ability to describe complex ideas simply.
  • Flexible attitude and forward-thinking nature.
