Lead Drafter and Team Coordinator

We are looking for a Lead Drafter and Team Coordinator to join our client's acoustic engineering consultancy as a Designation Manager - Drawing Department. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £62,000 per annum, plus benefits.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead two drawing offices, one in Hertfordshire and the other in Norfolk, responsible for managing teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring high standards of drawing practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the team and streamline processes between the two drawing offices
- Establish, set, and maintain high standards of drawing practice
- Liaise with customers/third-party stakeholders and coordinate designs
- Complete dimensional site surveys and produce 2D drawings in AutoCAD
The ideal candidate will have experience in sheet metal fabrication, a full UK driving license, and passport, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor. Revit and RADAN 3D experience is desirable.
