The successful candidate will be responsible for providing delegated nursing duties, working closely with District Nurses, registered Community Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care. Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the community, working independently and as part of a team.
- Develop and maintain effective channels of communication with other professionals and agencies.
- Participate in audits and service improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Supervise and support Healthcare Assistants, Trainee Nursing Associates, and Pre-registration nurses.
