About the Role:
As an Administrator for Handle Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic team of recruitment consultants. Your responsibilities will include managing all admin and compliance pre-employment checks, as well as other ad hoc tasks. This role is fast-paced and diverse, requiring individuals who are quick-thinking, adaptable, and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and dealing with queries
- Adding bookings to the system and sending confirmation emails
- Updating the CRM and running reports and exporting data into Excel spreadsheets
- Conducting Right to work, visa, and other employment status checks
- Ensuring all supporting employment administration is complete, filed, and checked on a daily/weekly basis
- Supporting management with any ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Experience working in an HR admin or recruitment admin role will be very useful
- Previous experience in a busy office environment, preferably dealing with time-sensitive tasks
- Strong administrative skills with experience in database systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
- Excellent multitasking abilities and adept at working under pressure
- Strong communication skills, comfortable with making and taking phone calls
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work to tight deadlines
