About the Role:

As an Administrator for Handle Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic team of recruitment consultants. Your responsibilities will include managing all admin and compliance pre-employment checks, as well as other ad hoc tasks. This role is fast-paced and diverse, requiring individuals who are quick-thinking, adaptable, and thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and dealing with queries
  • Adding bookings to the system and sending confirmation emails
  • Updating the CRM and running reports and exporting data into Excel spreadsheets
  • Conducting Right to work, visa, and other employment status checks
  • Ensuring all supporting employment administration is complete, filed, and checked on a daily/weekly basis
  • Supporting management with any ad hoc projects

Requirements:
  • Experience working in an HR admin or recruitment admin role will be very useful
  • Previous experience in a busy office environment, preferably dealing with time-sensitive tasks
  • Strong administrative skills with experience in database systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and adept at working under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with making and taking phone calls
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work to tight deadlines
