We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to join our team at RCQ Associates - Financial Markets Specialists. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving market share, revenue, and leads by connecting marketing activities to commercial outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote index solutions, collaborating with European commercial teams and clients.
  • Manage and execute marketing activities across the full marketing mix, including events, digital campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing by managing relationships with key partners and clients, optimizing marketing efforts.
  • Lead event programming, digital campaigns, content marketing, and performance analysis to support commercial goals.


Requirements

  • 7+ years of financial markets experience, ideally gained with an asset management or similar organization.
  • Strong Marketing background with proven experience executing across the marketing mix.
  • Fluency in English, with other European languages an advantage (German preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a track record of driving measurable and significant results.
