**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a skilled Court Usher to join our team at HM Courts & Tribunals Service in Chesterfield Town Centre. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient administration of court proceedings.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Welcoming members of the public and upholding a professional standard
  • Liaising with judges, witnesses, jurors, and other court users in a courteous and respectful manner
  • Completing administrative tasks, such as data entry and preparing juror packs
  • Accompanying jurors to and from court

**Pay Rate:** £11.44 per hour.

This temporary position is expected to last until the end of March 2025, with potential extension beyond this date. The role requires full-time work, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
