Waking Night Support Worker

About the Role:
The Waking Night Support Worker will provide exceptional care and individualized support to individuals with autism, ensuring their safety and security throughout the night. This role involves delivering routine safety checks, maintaining a safe and secure environment, and assisting with household management tasks, including cooking and cleaning. The successful candidate will also administer medication, assist with personal care and hygiene, and maintain accurate written records.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a social care environment
- Understanding of autism and its complexities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
