About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Coordinator. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within our care home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all communal areas and resident bedrooms are clean and tidy at all times
  • Manage housekeeping stocks and supplies, reporting any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Work closely with other housekeeping and maintenance staff to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
  • Assist with laundry and linen duties as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a care home or residential setting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
