About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Coordinator. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within our care home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, including communal areas and bedrooms
  • Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed to a high standard, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing
  • Manage housekeeping stocks and report any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure our residents receive excellent care and support

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
