Are you an experienced Logistics professional with a knack for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of the Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for the efficient picking, packing, and shipping of materials to customers globally, ensuring the timely provision of material to meet sales demand.

**Dimensions**:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will report directly to the Warehouse Manager. While not directly responsible for staff within the stores area, your role is pivotal in achieving overall department goals. You will collaborate closely with the Stores Controller to maintain accuracy and traceability of materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily reviews of outstanding delivery schedules from suppliers.
- Ensure timely and accurate export deliveries with proper documentation.
- Provide the Finance department with shipment packs within agreed timescales.
- Manage logístical administration functions to ensure on-time delivery of sales orders.
- Contribute to the upkeep and expansion of the Stock Management System.
- Adhere to Health and Safety, housekeeping, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and Personal Profile**:

- High level of Logistics understanding.
- Proven track record in stores control within a busy, high parts usage operation.
- Experience in dealing with logistics companies, booking shipments, and deliveries.
- Competent user of Excel, Outlook, and stock systems.
- Key personal skills: Accurate, disciplined, self-starter, excellent communicator (written and verbal), flexible, highly responsive, calm under pressure, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
