Community Support Coordinator

Carrington West seeks a skilled Community Support Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in addressing homelessness in our community. As a key member of our Homeless Families & Singles Team, you will deliver high-quality housing advice and casework to individuals and families at risk of losing their homes.
Job Description:
- Provide expert homelessness casework and support to clients, focusing on prevention and rehousing.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop effective Personal Housing Plans (PHP) for clients.
- Represent the council in court proceedings related to homelessness.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in homelessness casework or a related field.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: £32,500 per annum
