As Head of Partnership Development, you will be responsible for developing the expertise and knowledge of your team, encouraging the development of compelling pitches and high-quality proposals that align to corporate drivers.
You will help your team develop new partnerships that maximize impact for WWF-UK and the fight for our planet.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making it politically, socially, and economically unacceptable to destroy our planet's natural resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a partnership development strategy
- Identify target companies and approaches
- Develop compelling propositions for different sectors
- Lead a team of partnership development professionals
- Negotiate strong partnership terms
- Ensure comprehensive due diligence and risk analyses
Requirements:
- Graduate calibre with experience of developing long-term partnerships at a senior level in the commercial or charity sector
- Record of securing high-value partnerships in the multi-millions
- Proficient in proposal development, budgeting, and contracting
- Naturally warm and enthusiastic with exceptional networking skills
- Strong network of corporate contacts in the sustainability and/or C-suite level
