Job Overview: We are looking for a creative arts specialist to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. The successful candidate will have a minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant field and a passion for inspiring young minds. This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday) with a salary of £29,000 per annum (rising to £30,000 after 6 months).

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging art programs to students aged 3-7
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement art curriculum
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Education or related field
- Minimum 2:1 degree classification
- Proven experience working with children aged 3-7
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
