We are currently looking for a Casual Retirement Housing Assistant to support cover requirements in Oban and Dunbeg. This role would be ideal for someone seeking flexibility in their working arrangements and/or looking to gain experience in social care.
At Bield, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We are a non-profit organisation with charitable status dedicated to providing a wide range of housing, care, and support services to enable older people in Scotland to live independent and fulfilling lives.
Key aspects of the role:
- Clean and maintain internal communal areas to meet standards expected by tenants and visitors.
- On occasion, clean vacant flats and/or external pathways.
- Provide general and emergency assistance to tenants as required.
- Respond to property emergencies and provide cover for the development office as needed.
