Job Description: Resident Care Advocate

Etive House Care Home seeks a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Resident Care Advocate. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older adults and their families.

The successful candidate will work closely with our care team to deliver personalized care and support to our residents, promoting their health, wellbeing, and dignity. Key responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, monitoring health, and upholding dignity and respect in every interaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualifications.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant, with a passion for caring for the elderly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues.

Our benefits package includes a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour, pension, onsite parking, paid PVG, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract).
